Refining the sun/gesture motif — three more passes
Continued developing the recurring small sun shape with dark gestural marks. Each canvas testing a different colour temperature and surrounding palette around the same core image.

Pushed the orange-ground canvas further with diagonal line elements. Also developed two more compositions with dotted grid patterns and striped ceiling motif — testing pattern against open colour fields.

Working directly on raw, unstretched canvas pinned to the wall. Charcoal smudging, taped grid lines, small red arrow motif repeating. Looser and more immediate than the stretched-canvas works.
